This recall involves the First Foot Forward 8-in-1 Convertible Rocker to Ride On products, sold under the brand Little Moose Mountain and manufactured by Moose Mountain Toymakers.

The recalled products were sold at Toys R Us and Sears. The products sold at Toys R Us can be identified by model #9035 and sku #407283. The products sold at Sears can be identified by Sears Item #20801 and manufacturing (MFG) #9035MB.

Hazard Identified
It has been determined that in one of the 8 configurations, the product is considered to be a baby walker. Baby walkers have been prohibited in Canada under the Hazardous Products Act since 2004.

Children in baby walkers are exposed to hazards that would not normally be accessible if the child were not supported by the walker, posing a variety of risks of injury to the child. Children in baby walkers can also fall down the stairs, which could result in injury or death.

Health Canada has not received any reports of injuries or incidents related to the use of this product.

Corrective Action
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return it to the place of purchase for a refund.

Number Sold
Approximately 2,781 units of the recalled products were sold at Toys R Us and 1,105 units at Sears Canada stores and through the Sears catalogue.

Time Period Sold
The recalled products were sold between January 2008 and March 2009.
